Introducing Surbee, now live

Today we are launching Surbee.

We started Surbee because the tools researchers, founders, and operators rely on for survey data have not really changed in fifteen years. The interfaces feel like spreadsheets stapled to email forms. The results feel like guesses dressed up as numbers. And the moment a survey leaves your hands, you lose almost all visibility into who is on the other side of it.

We think that has to change, especially now. Decisions get faster. Markets move in days, not quarters. The cost of acting on bad data has never been higher, and at the same time, the supply of bad data, like bots, lazy panels, and half-attentive respondents, has never been larger.

Surbee is our answer to that.

What Surbee is

Surbee is a survey platform built around three ideas:

  1. The interface should feel like a modern document, not a form builder. You should be able to write, edit, and arrange a survey the way you would write a memo.
  2. Every response should be defensible. We give you signal on who answered, how they answered, and whether the answer is actually worth listening to.
  3. The same survey should work for a research panel, an internal team, a customer list, and a community, without rebuilding it three times.

The free tier is generous; the paid tiers exist for teams that need scale, governance, and integrations.

We are still in beta

To be upfront: Surbee is in closed beta. We are still testing, refining, and shaping the product alongside the people who use it, and that is exactly how we want it. Beta means a few rough edges, but it also means you get to influence what Surbee becomes.

Join now and you earn early perks: priority access as we open more seats, founder pricing that we will honor as you grow, and a direct line to the team building it. Early members help set the roadmap, and we make sure being early actually pays off.

A team that listens closely

We are a small team, and we read everything. Tell us what is broken, what is missing, or what you wish worked differently, and you will hear back from a real person, often the one who built the thing you are writing about. The fastest way to get a feature is to ask for it while we are still this close to the ground.

What's next

This is the first of what will be regular posts here. We will use this blog to share what we are building, what we are learning, and the occasional opinion about how the survey industry should work.

If you want to follow along, the best places are this blog and our changelog. If you want in, join the waitlist, and if you want to talk to us directly, we are always reachable.

Thanks for being early. We are excited to build the rest of this with you.
